Scott Wilson goes to Clyde

Scott Wilson 22 has joined Clyde after having been at Airdrie since arriving in 2002.

Wilson had made 33 starts for the Diamonds, his last being a 5-0 thrashing by Falkirk on Saturday.

Clyde manager Billy Reid told his club's website: "Scott is the final addition to my squad. He should be in the squad to face Stranraer."

He has made four appearances this season but missed Clyde's 1-0 victory over Airdrie in the League Cup.

I was a well known fact that he and the manager did not see eye to eye on footballing matters but to "sell" a young player with good potential could be a blunder that will haunt the manager in weeks to come.

We at AirdrieMad wish him all the best and hope he stinks to high heaven for Clyde.
