Raith 0-2 Airdrie

A goal from Martin Hardie after 69 mins sent Airdrie on their way to victory over bottom club Raith Rovers at Starks park. Victory was assured a minute from time when Marvelous Marvyn Wilson scored his second of the season to wrap things up. The Diamonds still lie in 6th place but are now only a point behind 4th placed QOS and more importantly 10 points clear of relegation haunted Partick Thistle who lie in the second relegation spot. As for Raith it looks like a return to life in Division 2 for the Kirkcaldy club who are a massive 13 points from safety.

Airdrie picked up a few cards today with McGowan Lovering and Christie all receiving yellow cards.
